My other method is keeping a wireless NIC installed so I can do remote access when the Broadcom goes offline. I now have another problem in that the roll back corrupted all scheduler entries. Thanks for your feedback, it helps us improve the site.

I have the same question In reply to JohnSabini Jr. So I grabbed my old laptop, did some research and downloaded a gigagit new drivers, put them on my usb stick and copied them to my PC, did what I had to do I really don’t know how to explain it in English haha, im so sorry!
With the amount of time it takes to upgrade then downgrade I will wait for a confirmed fix before trying again.

Method 1 – tried, albeit accessing the Device Manager via a different route. Look forward to a fix soon.
I have had no such errors, nor has Windows update changed the driver as others have stated. Thanks for marking this as the answer.
